Your Excellency,

I refer to the letters dated September 16, 2016 from Noeline Dedier and dated October 12, 2016 from Sade Isaac. As stated in my previous letters, this matter of fraud is squarely within the terms of reference of USPS OIG and the Postmaster General. I had previously notified you of this matter in a notarial protest, which has also been distributed to the members of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Alternative+to+WWIII.pdf By characterizing the issues involved as “inconvenience”, and mere failure to deliver the mail, you are prevaricating in this national security matter, and so is the US Postal Service.

The Federal Reserve is now in receivership in the Global Debt Facility,

https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/lspringmeetings.pdf and recently concluded Annual Meetings.https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/lannualmeeting.pdf

As stated previously, the USPS’ failure to respond appropriately to my complaint is further evidence of USPS’ fraud in refusing to deliver my priority mail letter informing Japan that the US military via the Joint US-Japan Committee under the Status of Forces Agreement is not going to surrender unilaterally through a crash of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Note.

I am also enclosing a copy of a recent survey that inquired whether this matter has been resolved satisfactorily. No, it has not been resolved satisfactorily.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/uspssurvey.pdf It will be resolved.

The United States is currently in interregnum and its government is not legitimate. The US Congress has suspended the Constitution by declaring a state of continuous emergency.
http://www.barefootsworld.net/war_ep1.html There can be no proper election of the chief executive so long as the Constitution of 1789 has not gone back into effect. The assassination of Justice Scalia, who was in favor of an Article V Convention, only underscores the interregnum in the United States.
