Subject: The monetary situation in Uganda
Thank you for raising this interesting question. I have done some preliminary research on Uganda’s monetary framework.
Legal Tender laws are contrary to the common law
It will be important to come up with a system in Uganda for the exchange of currency for aurum , as well as a good way to supervise the integrity of the process of exchange. I would be happy to propose a system for the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF (via the Development Committee) to consider; I will also have to gain the approval of the people in Uganda and have the resources for administering and monitoring the process. If you have suggestions, please by all means, make them.

Hello there…some of our people in Africa(Uganda to be exact) don’t have good banks at which to exchange the currency when that time comes. Any suggestions? I sent my folks some currency to hold until that time comes. Which banks do u recommend there and/ alternatives please? Thanks in advance.
