The power transition model that came to the World Bank from the US National War College in 2004 https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/sentia+model.pdf has been predicting with 95% likelihood that a coalition for the rule of law would come into being to end the corruption in the international financial system.

Rousseff Impeachment Vote Is Null and Void: Attorney General

The lower house passed the impeachment process vote with a two-thirds majority on April 17.

 

Brazil’s Attorney General José Cardozo said at a press conference on Friday that President Dilma Rousseff cannot be impeached “without due process” and that the lower house’s April 17 vote to impeach her is of no legal consequence. 

Rousseff is accused of window dressing Brazil’s fiscal accounts to boost her successful 2014 reelection campaign, but unlike many of her accusers she is not alleged to have engaged in personally enriching corruption.

At the press conference, Cardozo argued that the allegations against the Brazilian president need to be proven in court before the impeachment process can continue.

“Congress’ lower house decision is null and void and so will be the next stage of the process in the senate,” Cardozo said.

“Parties in congress threatened to expel members if they voted against the impeachment,” he noted.

The Attorney General is responsible for advising the country’s president and representing the federal government of Brazil in legal proceedings.

The lower house approved impeachment vote with a two-thirds majority, moving Rousseff one step closer to being suspended from office.

If the Senate signs off on the impeachment process, Rousseff will be suspended from office and power handed to Brazil’s vice president during an investigation that will ultimately decide whether she is to be impeached.

Thanks for this, and thanks for asking how I am. My daughter Elizabeth is barely hanging on by a thread, being bombarded with the nastiest garbage the military can throw at her. She was getting ready to learn to be a yoga instructor, when they crippled her hips.

This is about as close as I am going to get to an apology and public retraction from Gary Jolley of the National Liberty Alliance. This correspondence is very convoluted, which is to be expected when provocateurs like Karl P. Koenig and Anna Von Reitz get involved. The bottom line, for those who do not have the stomach to see how these “operators” move through space, is that people in over 3,000 counties of the United States know exactly how they have been bamboozled, and we are all working peacefully to set things right.
